Limestone is Nigeria's most consumed industrial mineral. Onsien holds extraction capacity across multiple project states to serve this high-demand market.

Nigeria's cement industry is one of the largest and fastest-growing on the continent. Limestone is its primary raw material. Every tonne of cement clinker requires approximately 1.5 tonnes of limestone — making reliable, proximate supply a strategic advantage.

Onsien Energy's limestone operations span several project states, with deposits accessible by road to major cement and construction hubs. Our limestone is suited for cement clinker production, aggregate supply, and agricultural soil amendment.

We supply cement producers, construction companies, and quarry operators. Bulk pricing and long-term off-take agreements are available for industrial buyers.

Applications
Where Our Limestone Goes
Cement Production
The core input for clinker. High-calcium limestone is calcined in rotary kilns to produce the binding agent in Portland cement used across construction.
Construction Aggregate
Crushed limestone is used as a road base, concrete aggregate, and drainage material on construction and infrastructure projects nationwide.
Agriculture
Powdered limestone raises soil pH on acidic farmland, improving crop yield. Application is expanding across Nigerian agricultural states.
